Hermes Go Acceptable Use Policy | Hermes Go — Managed AI Workspace for Agents, Tasks, and Channels

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Hermes Go Terms of Service and applies to all use of https://www.hermesgo.ai and related services.

1. Purpose

You may use Hermes Go only for lawful, safe, and legitimate purposes. You must not use the service in ways that harm other users, third parties, or public safety.

2. Prohibited Activities

You must not use Hermes Go to create, request, upload, distribute, or automate content or actions involving:

Illegal activity, fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
Malware, phishing, unauthorized access attempts, or security abuse.
Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, or doxxing.
Copyright infringement or unauthorized sharing of protected material.
Spam, large-scale abuse, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.

3. AI-Generated Content Restrictions

You must not use Hermes Go to produce or distribute:

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content.
Sexual content involving minors, or exploitative sexual content of any kind.
Non-consensual intimate imagery.
Face-swaps, deepfakes, voice clones, or impersonation intended to deceive, defraud, or harm.
Synthetic media that falsely presents a real person in sensitive, misleading, or defamatory contexts.

4. Third-Party Model and Platform Rules

Hermes Go relies on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. When your usage touches those systems, you must also comply with their policies and terms.

5. Safety and Moderation Controls

Hermes Go applies technical and operational controls, which may include automated filtering, moderation APIs, rule-based checks, manual review, rate limits, and account restrictions.

We may block, remove, or restrict content or actions that appear to violate this AUP, applicable law, or third-party provider policies.

6. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

Rejected requests or blocked outputs.
Temporary feature restrictions.
Suspension or termination of accounts.
Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
